But it's not just about the entrees - our tabouleh salad is a fresh and healthy option that's perfect for a light lunch or dinner.
Another option, dolma is a traditional Middle Eastern dish that consists of stuffed vegetables, typically grape leaves or peppers, filled with a mixture of rice, herbs, and spices. It's a flavorful and nutritious vegan option that's perfect for a meatless meal. To make dolma, simply blanch the grape leaves or peppers, then fill them with the rice mixture and cook them in a flavorful broth until tender. Serve dolma hot, garnished with fresh herbs and a dollop of tahini sauce.
